Taking money from card even after order cancelled!

Please can someone stop these con artists. My credit card company are not listening to me and the companies have now taken 2 amounts both over £50. The second amount was taken even after I had phoned my card company to put a stop on any further payments. HELP! I can t afford this money leaving my account every 2 weeks!
