Yet another victim of the 'free trial' smallprint scam! These vultures are something else and not in any way willing to assist the individual who has been scammed - surprise, NO, but outright THEFT, YES!!

Apparently, feel free to ring 0808 2389830 or 0808 238 8981 at anytome to be fobbed off, as I did and was - although I have been assured I was lucky to only have 2 charges brought against my credit card instead of 3, work that out?! They also advise that they 'automatically' cancel (yeah right) - thank goodness I contacted my credit card company at the end of October... as this is likely the date they attempted to charge me again!!!

There may be some light for some of us, but sadly, probably not all. However, if you do want to try and get a refund, the real number to call is 0203 139 9027 (it is not international) or email support@viv3labs to put your complaint in writing. You will get a couple of automated responses, but don't give up, keep plugging away and check your accounts etc. I must warn you that the latter details are not associated with company, but a call centre picking up thier dirty work, so please be polite, it may well help you in the end?!

I wish everyone all the best in getting their money back and hopefully getting these idiots shut down - if only for a short time...
