Etting issue

Hello this is the 4th time i've sent this e-mail to various departments and i have not yet recieved a reply, my name is David Burke, I have an account with Ladbrokes that i use daily, and i have recently bet on the man city v liverpool match for man city to win 3:0. I made tis bet during the match online and the game finished 3:0 to man city. I fail to see how my account has not been credited yet as my bet was successful however my returns for the bet shows £0. I am Particulary unhappy as this money i should have won was very much needed immediately and has put me in a very stressful and difficult position. Please could you contact me ASAP so we can resolve this matter. Thank you for your time.
