I purchased AlphaWipe IntruderTrace software on 21/02, at a total cost of £69.95 GBP, but two payments where taken from my Account of £72.12 GBP, and £66.91 GBP?

That's almost double, apart from 0.90p.

I contacted them by e-mail on the 25/02, and was given a reply that they would look in to the problem within three days, but nothing has come of it.

I've rang them Seven times, e-mailed them three times, and left voice mail, but have failed to make any contact.

It would appear I've now become another victim of Internet Fraud! I've also asked for my money back, under there 30 day money back guarantee, but I'm not holding much hope of that happening.
