360 doesn't work!

I payed for 360 share approx four month ago an have had several problems with it. It loads up although when i try to download music or anything for that matter it just freezes. I have tried contacting the company but they ask for membership passwords which i was never asked to set up. So now I'm left with a program that 1. Doesn't work and 2. No possible way of getting a refund. What a CON!!!
