Leaf blower

Hi, I was brought one of your Jackson leaf blower December I Have been using it with no problem for the last few weeks since being given it. But today 2/11 it started to smoke and spark. I unplugged it and left it on the floor to cool and now it won’t work. I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted in this product and would like answers as to why this has happened. I have looked at it and can’t see anything blocked or anything that’s happened. Please get back to me ASAP!
