Kiddicare
No help!

We ordered 1 matress for our new cotbed, while doing this the web site crashed saying there had been a problem with our order, so we checked out our bank accounts to see if the money had been taken out which it hadnt, so the following day we tried again but used a different account, this time it went through, brilliant, but then the following day, when we was all out we had a card posted through the door saying they tried to deliver our item, so my partner checked his account as its now in my name not his, and the money had been taken out of his account from kiddicare for this mattress, so i phoned them up telling them the problem, and basically because i cant prove that the web site had crashed, as they hadn't received any other problems with the site its my word against there's, which i think is really bad as it made me feel like i was lying anyway so because of their mistake, i now have to pay a further £7.50 to stop the item being delivered to me, as apparently it was already on the truck which i didn't believe as they don't load a truck up the day before delivery, so i am very disappointed and for my first time using this site, i will not be any rush to re-visit or recommend to any of my friends, just another site which try's to get as much money out of you as possible!
