Just was charged for an service that I never asked for Vodafone did the mistake since the beginning and I payed for it and I realise that was to much and rang straight way they made a recalculation and saying that had 24£ to pay in December I know that my bills is around 100 £ so in February Vodafone restrict my services and I rang again to see what's happen when they said that I have to pay 400£ to reactivate the lines I try to do an arrangement to pay that been refused and passing me straight way to an operator asking me after half an hour and after been explained al the situation to the gentleman to an other operator this all in landline so no arrangement was done and the poor customer services that was given was just send an e- mail to Vodafone would like to be helped on this situation
