7 weeks waiting for an item

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They advertise that deliveries are available all over the world and yet we are still waiting 7 weeks for a shower unit to be delivered. Apparantly it is sitting in Madrid customs. They charged my credit card twice so I had to take many hours responding to paypal before it was re-imbursed. The customer service system is non existant. Don't even think about trying to speak to anyone, you have to log a ticket each time you have a question and there is a 7 hour time difference so I hope you are not in any rush for your item. I have gone being being excited, to weary to mad, impatient and now absolutely livid. If I thought that the returns process was going to be easy I would have gone elsewhere. Never again!!!
