Dear sir

today 02.02.2009 at 13.44, I received sms in my mobile phone from "NOKIA UK" pretending my mobile number won 200, 000GBP on this year nokia UK mobile promotion.the number that send the sms was: 2348024764488 .and they asked me to call the number 447024053567 and email this address: europe.nokia@live.co.uk

so please can you confirm it or it is just scam.
