Non delivery

I purchased an iphone 4 (16gb) from the above website. It said guaranteed delivery in 6 days. They have taken my money but I have received no product. I have contacted the website but they are ignoring me. I paid £199 which they have taken. It just keeps saying my item is being processed but that's not guaranteeing my delivery in 6 days. I'm starting to think this is a scam. Please could you help with this matte
