My daughter saved pocket money to buy her phone, which after 4 months stopped working properly. I, on her be half, decided to complain to Nokia according to the WARRANTY agreement, after 1 failed attempt to fix the phone it was sent further up the chain of repair. A male employee eventually rang and said it could not be fixed he was rude and unhelpful to my wife. I contacted them to complain eventually being told that the phone had been dispatched FIXED, it arrived at a shop (55 miles round trip away) it was taken home and found to be STILL FAULTED.
I have made numerous attempts to get Nokia to live upto the promise they make, they do not seem willing to act. They take you money but do not follow the LAW when it comes to WARRANTIES. I would urge phone users to buy ANY other make, Nokia is likely to fail you if you have a problem, They have so far with my daughte
