Avoid cash back payments by insolvency

The company have announced insolvency.

It was said that by contracting certain mobile phone deal under 12 month contract, customer would be given cash back by 6th, 9th and final month. the one I got with a sum amont of arround 300 pounds cash back. But the company has not made me any one cash back payment. I kept on calling to ask for it, but I was hold by giving a reason like: financial diffculties. I could not talk to any higher position even I asked to do so. And no other information about how to make complaint provided. I have to find a way to claim my consumer right by myself.

Finally, I sued them to court (northampton county court, claim No: 7QT52320). The court has made judgement that the company must pay me, that was last year 2007.A deadline was given which was 31 dec. They didnt pay me until now. then I requested the court for a enforcement, the court transfered me to Woolwich County Court on 13.03.08, then... I did not hear from the court for any news. My e-mail is not replied. I am trying to call them recently see what gonna happen.

I have been spent all my time and efforts to get as much help as I can in order to protect my own consumer right. Trying to solve the problem by legal action. But it is not that easy. Then I come across to http://ukconsumercomplaints.com, still not sure about what kind kelp I can get from here. So far as I know, there are many creditors did not get their cash back in the UK, and nobody takes care of these people.
