Agree to Sell iPhone and then not ship it after payment has been made Internet

I found a good price for an iPhone from Diamond Electronics on the internet. I contacted them and we agreed on $300 which included shipping.
I wired the money to them via Western Union, and then notified them of the wire and the wire number.
They stated that the iPhone was shipped via UPS with a tracking number. they then notified me that they had made a shipping error and had sent 5 phones. At that time they stopped the shipment.
They then contacted me and told me that I had to buy another for $300 and they would send me the 5 phones and I could sell the others and send them the money.
Now they refuse to ship even the one iPhone to me unless I send them $300 more.
They try to blame me for not getting the phones because I will not send them more money.
