he send me registration copy i checked a government page it was registered

i paid a$6000 usd on 18/07 ordered 55 zaaptvboxes and he said he sended he send me cargo receipt i check tracking number it is fake receipt, he then told me cargo stuck in india on the way and give me phone number to belongs to india international customs and i called them talk to them they ask $1750 and i did not paid it but, i lost $6000 usd now what i gonna do i organise it from website please help me please give advise what i need to do i have all evidence for payment and receipt for cargo all he is emails if u needed my phone number can be added if needed.
