I ordered a DVD set for Christmas from the wostore and paid through moneybookers on Dec 5. The web site says it only takes a couple of days to get the DVDs. I recieved this e-mail from Moneybookers the next day and my credit card has been charged.

This payment for USD 80.89 made with your credit/debit card AMEX, will appear on your statement shortly. Since I never recieved the DVDs. The wostore says that I have no account and never ordered anything. I cannot get anyone to call me back from either the wostore or moneybookers.
