They took $2000 us dollars form me promising to deliver after payment for iphones and never delivered after payment, Gloucestershire liphook, united kingdom

I paid $2000 us dollars for some iphones on november 6 and the company took my money and never delivered them. now they are telling me there is nothing i can do to stop them from doing this again to someone else, and i can never get my money back. i have all emails and western union receipts to prove my case against this company, can somebody please help me or atleast tell me what to do because this is wrong and i don't think it is fair for people to steal your hard earn money like that and there's nothing you can do. the company name is PICO RENEWABLES LIMITED Previous Name (Link Communications Limited) and the person who collected my money name is jane wills, all i am asking for is help and to bring these guys to justice. if there is anyone out there who can help me please do.
