I ordered a photo frame which took an age to arrive, despite guranteed delivery times... these elapsed and still no photo frame... once it had arrived i had no complaints and the service was ok... i checked this week my bank account, tofnd that redsave have made three further debits to my account of 19.95GBP. When i questioned this thinking it was a mistake, it wasn't... if you buy any prodct at the redsave price, thinking that the RRP next to it was just a compariosn, then think again... they charge you each month going forward 19.95GBP until you cancel it... STRONGLY ADVISE not using them, as products aren't much cheaper than you will find else where, where they won't try and take more money from you each month... reporting to trading standards
