"Firebird" Solutions -Mobile Phone In-Warranty Nokia Repair Specialists, Unit 4, Malcolm Arcade, Leicester LEI 5FT (TEL: 0116 242 5671). I left my NOKIA 7020 model with the above repair shop with and an audio problem and a"crackling" speaker on 31/7. It was returned 21st August WITHOUT its TELECOM SIM CARD - without all my WORK and personal contacts. I am DESPERATE. I didn't expect this from NOKIA. PLEASE FIND MY SIM CARD - 0039 335 6143534.
