I paid DirectLGV £1600 in January. So far I passed my HGV theory test. I have called the almost every day, sometimes several times a day, to chase up a practical training course. Eventually after many threats to them, they booked a course with a trainer close to me, and then refused to honour the trainer's payment request. He has now cancelled my course and DirectLGV are still not answering my calls or emails. If their office were any closer to me, i would be on them like a ton of bricks. They are an absolute disgrace to the business community. I'll pay for myself a course, and try to get a refund - slim chance I suppose
