Pass-guarantee.com claims if you buy their exam questions, study hard, you will pass the exam, and if you don't, they will give you your money back. guarantee. well after going around for 2 weeks (they kept asking for failed microsoft report exam, which I sent them 4 times), vincent and michael finally stopped answering my emails. so I finally decided to file a claim with my bank to settle this for me. they are a bunch of scum. they advertise money back guarantee, but don't stand up to it. do not buy anything from them. if you do and fail and don't get a response from them, just file with your credit card company. this is fraud and they are very good at it.
