My father had been sent a cash reward notice and as he is not of sound mind he wrote a cheque for 20.00. As i post all the mail i was very suspicious that it was for Receiver Services so I opened his mail before sending, i usually pay all the bills so if he owed anyone anything i should know. As it happens it was for HPR RECEIVER SERVICES cash payout guaranteed of 264.000 yeah right. I have stopped all his mail now and cheque now kept with all paperwork for any authorities. Close call.! i could have had the money lmao
