Beware of Fraud network, Fake certifying Agency helping others to cheat online customers

I had been cheated by an online watch seller namely topvaluewatches.com for over over US$1600/ EuCertAgency.Org is certifier of the fraud company. They claim that they will resolve the issue between merchant and customer if it arises. But when I approached them and filed my complaint, they just refused to reply. Some of my friends tried to approach them in London but they found out that address is fake. We tried to locate them at their Paris address and it also proved fake. Their fax numbers is of USA. For further inquiry and to establish their connection with topvaluewathes thugs, they were approached by one of my friends through email to ask that should she make payment to topvaluewatches for purchase of watch? They promptly responded that she should trust them and they have no complaint against topvaluewatches since 2005. This eucertagency is not only part of a fraud network but also selling their online certification to cheat online customers. Beware Beware! A fraud and scam network is in action to rob people of their hard earned money.
