Mrs. Thembisa Siququ, the agent assigned to me gave me the impression that once the bank to bank transfer of $720 was made, she would proceed with the transfer of my award. This is confirmed when she emails me, "Do send money through money gram and send reference so I can proceed with transfer". Once I was informed by Mrs. Thembisa that the bank transfer was received instead, I was sent as an attachment an insurance form, a written receipt of $720, and an approval form; then later told that I would have to immediately pay the transfer fee of $1820 before she could proceed with my award. Had I been informed of the $1820 cable fee prior to the $720 government tax fee, I would have declined. As soon as I received the email today, I was disturbed to know that I was not going to receive my promised award, so I emailed Mrs. Thembisa back to let her know that wasn't what was agreed upon, and that if there was a problem, to kindly refund my $720. It has been several hours, and Mrs. Thembisa hasn't returned my email yet. I've downloaded & saved to my computer all the attachments as instructed, yet I can't help but to be suspicious that something's terribly wrong.
