European Bureau Of Prize Draw Registry send false document saying won lots of money Unted Kingdom

Eceived document saying I had won 2, 249, 366 and that they had been trying to reach me The bit I never liked was that 'I was officially sworn too secrecy, absolutely confidential', in bold type! which is suspect, why sworn to secrecy?? Three other winners apart from me had collected their similar sum s of money already.!
At the end of document it asked for 20 for a report-release to be paid either cash, cheque or postal order, made out to "EBPR".
