Individual basically plays you for weeks, romancing you and how he wants to spend the rest of his life with you, but wants to now relocate to the United Kingdom where supposedly his business takes him... says he's an estate developer. Then he eventually approaches you for a portion of the money to help with the downpayment on a home in the United Kingdom which will be your home as well since he wants you in his life forever. Tells you his money is tied up here in the U.S. and his bank has a hold on it due to excessive cashing of funds from his U.S. Bank Account. That he will pay you back once he returns to U.S. home supposedly in Definace, Ohio. He needs the remaining downpayment of 10, 000 pounds (about $20, 000 U.S. currency). If he cannot come up with the remaining downpayment, he will lose the home and it will be sold to someone else. Man is nothing but a scam artist, trying to get women to send him money for his benefit only... there, of course, is no home there in the U.K.
