Con Merchants ripoff

I am fed up with recieving these "congratulations, you have won" letters and I am sure I am not the only one. One such letter is the European Bureau of Prize Draw Registry saying I have won 2, 249, 366 on a very official looking letter but I knew it is a scam. This, to some people, would be a godsend and they may think of sending their well earned money to these ***. With these mailings I tend to send the pre addresed envelope (empty) supplied back to the company without a stamp as they never, when asked, take you off of their mailing lists. they have to pick up the cost and also get charged for it. They will soon get fed up!!
