Took my Money blocked me from useing the web page I had paid to View Ripoff Internet

I paid for 2 years Access to their web pages I found that the web pages I was paying for could be accessed free when I asked for a refund they totally Ignored me I emailed twice wrote 2 letters recorded delivery the second I have not received any correspondence from them they have totally blanked all contact and blocked me from using the web page I had paid to View.

The Advert they put on the Web pages is totally misleading but you don't know this until you have paid and been ripped off
