Dodgy thiefs currently being pursued by my CC company BEWARE ripoff NUNEATON

Bought 2 batteries for X UFO. 1 did not work at all. Contacted them repeatedly by email (no other contact method available) and got no reply for 5 days. Eventually they told me to send back the faulty battery, which I did.

No further contact from them for another 10 days. So I start chasing them again to ask if they received faulty battery. I get no reply until I threaten to charge back order. Then they reply to ask me to return second battery so they can refund it.

I return the second battery and make the HUGE MISTAKE of not sending it registered. IF YOU HAVE DEALINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE USE REGISTERED POST FOR RETURNS. Now seller is saying he did not receive second battery back and is only refunding 1/2 the order.

Given the arrogant tone of the emails sent from this company I am convinced that they are in possession of the goods and have decided to stick it to me for threatening charge back. I hope that this review sticks it to them too. I lost 10 pounds. Get your batteries and gear from someplace else and make sure you don't lose out too.

I am making sure that my cc company hastles this thief's bank and if you have issues with them you should too, even if you are caught out like I have been. Banks dont like when they get their cages rattled and will soon kick merchants like this out when they get a whif of what these people stink of.
