This letter states that "YOU ARE THE RECIPIENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL AWARD FROM THE DE MONACO HERITAGE FUND" and have been chosen from a list of 250 names. In order to receive this award a sum of 24 must be sent "to cover administrative costs".

This is almost identical to a complainted in America in June this year and should be avoided at all costs by UK recipients.
