Fake workpermitts, Obtaining loan and giving cheques of closed bank accounts ripoff

Mr. R. Duraiswamy known as D.Raja, open companies and obtain fake work permitts and borrowing money from people and closed down after certain period. The fake company he was running before as London Airtime Ltd., based at East Ham, London. He did lots of illegal activites and loan from major banks on this company name. Lots of people (middle class) been cheated more than 100000/- pounds by him. He came to london on 2001 on a fake passport from Chennai, India. Now he got permanent residencey in UK.

At present he is running a photo studio in the name of Raju Photo Image Ltd., at No:66, woodgrange Road, Forest gate, London, UK and involved in the same activites. At this time, he gurantees people of work permitts (fake), bringing people from abroad (as artists and musciangroup) and grabbing people's money. Quite often he visits India for this purposes.

He also obtain loan from small private lendors and giving post dated cheques to them in the form of re-payments and gain confident from them. After certain period he got the practise of reporting as his cheque books been stolen. Nearley 8 Vendors so far has been affected by him.

Also obtaining credit cards on staff name and kick the staff out or keeping under his controll without paying wages towards threatning and assault.

Creating offer as selling his shop and give advertisment in local news papers and receives money in the form of deposits and not paying back.
