Ripoff, Received two monthly charges INTERNET

I received billing on my Virizon phone bill, which included charges from ILD Teleservices for a service called SURFSAFE. This company apears to be located within the U.K. and i have not signed up for any such service.

The charges were for $14.95 per month x 2 months totaling $29.90. I will be contacting Virizon in an attempt to have these charges removed and block any further billing, requesting that this company contact me personally. It apears that SURFSAFE is suspose to block unwanted information from being received to your e-mail address, such as porn blockers etc.

Im wondering how a company can claim or represent themselves as being protective to your family and attempt to receive money for a service that was not requested.
