E-mail lottery scam! Rip-off! United Kindom

I recieved an e-mail stating that I won the World sweepstake lottery from a Charles Moore chamoore2000@yahoo.com. I was told to fill out a verification form and e-mail it back. I recieved another e-mail from Charles Moore telling me to contact city view courier company: enquires@cityviewexpress2002.net with attn: Mrs. Lillemor Lundell in the subject line and my Identification no# So I did.

Now I get an e-mail telling me to Western Union $1750.00 to Mr. James Cole 44 Euston Rd. London SW4 6DH United Kingdom to their accounts officer. The charges are for Courier shipping charges, administration charges, insurance fee. I wish I could bust them myself.
