Cancelled event. Money not refunded

I paid to attend an event in Dec. The event was cancelled and I was told I would get the money I had paid refunded through PayPal. The money has still not been refunded. The company have failed to respond to several emails and telephone calls and I am now goign to have to try and recover the money through alternative means. A warning: stay away from using them. They are an untrustowrthy company that should be investigated further.
