Man hole in road

I have telephoned around 6 or 7 times now, I first reported this problem on 19th September 07 and calls in between as well, my last call was on 19th October 07 I still have not had a resp0nse to the below problem.

you have a man hole in the main road outside my neighbours home at number 48 mytholmes lane, haworth, west yorkshire, the back of my home is also facing this man hole. I live at number 4 the hayfields, mytholmes lane, haworth, bd22 8hu. this is a serious problem we are getting sleepless nights, our home is shaking with the vibrations that come from the busy flow of traffic going across the man hole and there is a lot of traffic all day. The last conversation I had with one of your staff who was called Phil who promised to get this problem sorted and report it to our local council who is Bradford Met who need to give permission for yourselves to come out and repair the manhole, he promised to call me back to let me know the outcome, again no reply. This manhole is now so sunken in the road that it could collapse any time and someone or some vehicle will get stuck and cause a very bad accident. please stop ignoring my concerns and be considerate to my plea I am considering going to the doctors for sleeping tablets and depression because of the noise and lack of sleep in the night, I will be contacting our solicitor if no repl. We are very concerned about our home because the vibration will cause cracks in our footings and we will hold you responsible for any damage caused.
