No Delivery

I ordered a set of garden chairs and paid for next day delivery. Later that day they rang to inform me it would have to be the day after next which I was OK about. I waited in all day and yet they weren't delivered. The next day was a Saturday so the call centre wasn't open to answer my queries. On the Monday they told me they did not actually have the items and they would not be getting any more stock so would cancel the order. It is disgraceful that they did not contact me as soon as they knew they were not delivering the items as I wasted a whole day staying in. Will never use Furniture World or any of the World stores again.
