No response since payment

Construction & Repair

I ordered and paid for an EPC from NextDay EPC. I paid them through Google and had an e mail confirming order received by Next Day. Still no response from them having e mailed several times, keep on calling but they never answer. Any ideas how to deal with this and get a refund... wish I had read the complaints before!!
