Try to avoid this window supplier (Tottenham Glass & Mirror. 351 Seven Sisters Road, London, UK, N15 6RD).
They are unprofessional and incapable of doing a basic job. Time scale was handling poorly. And order they agreed to deliver ended up using twice as long which will affect your project program.
Price that has been verbally agreed (as a discount to buy you in) changed back to the full cost when you collect the item and even threaten consumer that they can forfeit your deposit if you do not pay in full.
Bad workmanship on the item, weep hole was badly cut in irregular shape and the finishing trim that is suppose to miter at junction overlap one another.
Poor communication and rather rude, even avoid to talk to you on the phone. During the delay in making the item, they become really unhelpful and ask you not to call back to check on progress. After all, I only call to check twice a day at 10am and 5pm for the start and end of business after it has been overdue.
I too work in the construction industries and this is by far the worst supplier I have ever met, I will not use them again and will do my best to acknowledge all contacts I know with this experience and I hope all consumers and trades can avoid this company.
