Non delivery of Wood Burning Stove and abusive customer care Internet

These guys should NOT be running a business. I have never had the misfortune of having to deal with such appaling customer care all my life, yes above and beyond my banks Indian call-centre.

I ordered a stove months ago, paid by cheque and have not been able to contact this so called "company".

After threatening to take them to court I have recived numerous threatening and silent calls on my home phone, they do not care about cusotmers one bit. BBC Watchdog are involved as well as Penman & Somerlad from the Mirror newspapers.

DO NOT TRUST TO BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL END UP LOSING YOUR MONEY AND BEING THREATENED WHEN ASKING FOR YOUR MONEY BACK
