MFI used to be known in the 1970s for their awful cheap furniture and it seems they had turned the corner many years ago. However, my own recent experiences make clear they are still the kind of company who cares nothing for offering customers a por service.

I purchased furniture from them over eight months ago and am still awaiting parts for it. I have part assembled bedroom furniture in my home and have had to live with that for these past eight months with still no hope in sight of MFI solving the problem.

They have repeated promised to provide the missing parts which will allow me to construct my bedroom furniture but have not met any deadline they have set themselves.

MFI should hang their heads in shame.
