The manager and 3other people have went around and said that i talk about everybody grass people up and pull there work then they got the lads who i work with to set me up to cover up what they started the manager caught the foremans right hand man up a ladder without hard hat and a high viss and took a picture he must be using this because he is doing the same on the building site were i work one day when i phoned the manager for paint he was on loud speaker the lad who was there shoulded abuse down the phone this has been going on for a while the paint driver tried me to sign for 7 tubs of paint when there was on 6 he put his hand over the 7 until i changed it
