Registry Mechanic
Product is useless

I have just purchased for £30 Registry Mechanics scan to amend mistakes on my computer, to optimize my computer, to stop the picture freezing on the screen and to improve speed and efficiency of the computer and all the other things they claim I will get and there has been no change whatsoever.

As is common with online websites there is absolutely no way to contact them So if it doesn't work, that's just too bad.

I do not think that they should be able to make false claims about their products and services. There are other Registry scanner companies. They all tell you it is free but you have to pay to fix the mistakes and then it doesn't happen.

I should like a refund but I cannot contact the company. This is very poor business practise. I think that these websites should be monitored more closely and they should be removed from the internet if they do not meet their obligation to the customer. They should also provide Contact information because otherwise the customer is paying for nothing and cannot seek recompense. Isn't this fraudulent?
