Cancellation impossible

It is impossible to cancel online. After going through no end of hoops adding this reference and other details you eventually give the appropriate notice. They send no acknowledgment and continue to take the money. They are fraudsters. Also they did not even have my correct card number as I had changed my card but they still took the money. They are a disgrace and claim they have no end of awards which presumably they pay for.
