I have been charged twice for norton anti virus which i purchased on-line as it was up for renewal. Can you please tell me how i go about getting my money refunded as there doesnt seem to be any numbers or contact details on line for norton. I really cant afford to pay twice! thanks Mrs T. Gaskill
