Great service so fa

I took up Add People's SEO service in early January and been pretty impressed to date. They told me I've signed up to a new service they'd just rolled out in the new year. 2 months in my site visits are already up 45% and I've asked them to quote to help me convert more of these visitors as I know my site needs a bit of work there. I've got a lovely account manager who said they've just re-organised their operation after doing some customer research. Got the impression they acknowledge they didn't communicate well in the past but are trying to change for the better.
