Non receipt of UGG Boots

Like others on 21 July I purchased through Paypal some ugg boots from australia-uggboots-com but have not received them. I am shocked to learn that it was a fraudulent site and wondered how I go about getting my money back. I thought that as it was through paypal that they would refund?
