Suspected fraud

I made purchases from 21replica.com/Guang Zhou Guojin Trading Developement Co., Ltd and the company took out more than the amount I authorised with my card online. I emailed them on 21replica@gmail.com and one doudou Jin replied that it will be investigated and refunds made. It's been 3 weeks and nothing has been done. I have not gotten even the goods I paid for and all emails sent to the 21replica@gmail.com is no more replied. I have not gotten goods paid for and monies have been removed from my account by 21replica.com/Guang Zhou Guojin Trading Developement Co., Ltd. Please how do I make them accountable. Thanks
