Ignoring emails, no information about orde

I have sent 3 emails to this company asking where my order is. All have been ignored. No information has been sent about my order and yet this company are happy to charge my account.

I understand that sometimes products may not be available and that I may have to be placed on back order. However it is bad customer service not to inform me of this.

I am even more angry that this site is actually the official site for one of my favourite bands, so I expect a better level of competence and service.

I hate being ignored and this is exactly what this company has done. The website makes many claims which it has not lived up to which in my eyes makes the words on the website a lie. For example they say on the website that orders which are not in stock

I shall not be buying anything else from this company unless they resolve the matter quickly.

I would advice anyone not to purchase form this company unless you enjoy being ignored and charged for the privilage.
