Ordered Bra from website with an expectation for delivery in 5 days. No response to emails. Phone always goes to answerphone. Messages left not returned. Payment taken immediately through RBSWorldPay. After 20 days of waiting for goods sent email to cancel order. Again no response or Acknowledgement although requested. Will now start recovery through credit card. On closer examination of the website the VAT is till showing as 17.5% so this has not been updated since VAT went up in January. It looks like to company is not operating although orders can be placed and payments made. I will send details to the district trading standards.
