If you wish to work hard, get paid and throw your money to some thieving, cheating, deceitful, money grabbing, corrupt hyenas, purchase an outfit online with FIGURA FASHION - THE NO.1 FRAUDSTERS OF INDIA.

You will be enticed when you see a beautiful outfits on their splendid website. Once enticed, you will then think yes - I will part with my hard earned cash to buy a beautiful outfit for my friend's wedding - or even worse, your OWN wedding. Because that's what you do - you part with your cash, expecting within the next '10-20 working days to deliver your outfit at your door step. Quote: 'We recommend customer to keep some extra days for heavy bridal wears'...LOL what a JOKE!! I recommend a few extra years - because judging from my 5 month wait so far for an ANARKALI suit I was going to wear in September, it still hasn't arrived.

Once you have ordered your outfit, you could expect to wait '10 - 20 working days' as the site advises... but I had no idea I would be waiting for 5 months! Obviously don't even expect a correspondence from this clever little company, who won't contact you to tell you that despite them nicking your cash - they have no idea what is going on with your order.. so all you can do is continue to hassle them via email.

They continue to say 'RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Figura will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements/size provided by you. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll offer you a free rectification facility '...WELL all I can say is - if you are lucky enough to receive an outfit - DO NOT RETURN IT FOR FURTHER CHANGES - you probably would never geet it back again.

I spent $199.00 and am still yet to receive the goods - I wouldn't hold my breath - I'm more likely to get blood from a stone.

Please - if some official is reading these complaints - someone has to do something and investigate this fraudulent company, before other victims unknowingly lose their money too!!!
